Our Low-Emissivity glass windows are manufactured through advanced production processes that ensure superior quality and performance. We begin with selecting high-quality float glass, which undergoes rigorous cleaning before the coating process. The core technology involves Magnetron Sputter Vacuum Deposition (MSVD), where multiple microscopic layers of silver and metal oxides are applied in a vacuum chamber to create the low-emissivity coating.

The glass units are then assembled into insulated units using automated production lines. We use warm edge spacers and fill the air space between glass panes with argon gas to minimize heat transfer. The entire assembly is sealed with dual seals - primary butyl and secondary silicone - to ensure long-term durability and prevent gas leakage.
