SGL SOLUTION

Technical support built around drawings, climate and long-term
maintenance

The client focused on cost, technical reliability, warranty risk and local compliance. SGL responded

with multiple configuration options and clarified each key decision point.

Drawing and schedule review

The team checked window and door tables against drawings, clarified frame size, wall-to-wall size, opening direction, quantity conflicts and changed balcony closures.

High-rise wind-load configuration

For a 20-story building in a strong-wind area, SGL discussed reinforced steel, reinforced mullions, closer fixing spacing, stronger installation plates and sealing details.

System options and price comparison

The quotation process covered Gaoke 72 series, CONCH 70 series, aluminum thermal-break systems, Kinlong hardware, optional OTA hardware and fire-rated door alternatives.

Glass and safety requirements

The project discussion covered Xinyi glass, Low-E insulated glass, all-tempered glass, child safety locks, fire-rated glass positions and custom formulas from the client's table.

Factory transparency

SGL answered trust concerns with manufacturer credentials, factory videos, production process explanation, quality control flow and a customer visit arrangement in China.

Logistics and installation planning

The team prepared approximate packing data, customs code categories, weight, volume, crate count and a one-month installation planning discussion for the project site.

COMMUNICATION HIGHLIGHTS

Careful clarification before price confirmation

The customer's questions were highly technical. Instead of providing a single quick price, SGL helped compare alternatives so the client could report internally and evaluate total project risk, not only unit cost.

  • Reviewed the difference between 70, 72, 85, 93 and 110 series configurations.
  • Explained why high-rise wind pressure requires stronger reinforcement and installation details.
  • Separated uPVC, aluminum and glass values for customs and logistics calculation.
  • Discussed spare parts reserve and after-sales service wording for the contract.
  • Provided contract samples for both uPVC and aluminum options for legal review.
